ORDERING

After your order is placed using our check out system, you should receive an order verification email from us.

If you did not receive order verification in your inbox, please check your junk folder.

In the case that your order invoice is not found in your junk folder, please contact us at hello@meetthecatstudio.com.

Once payment has been received, your order will be processed and dispatched within the time period stated on the item description.

An order is completed once dispatched from our studio and tracking information will be issued to you via email.

PACKAGING

All of our products come nicely packaged in eco-friendly, FSC®-certified cardboard and water-based glue boxes.

If it is a gift leave a note when you checkout and we can include a message from you.

PAYMENT METHODS

For both Domestic (Greece) and International Orders, we accept payment by PayPal and Debit/Credit Card.

Meet The Cat does not process or store any credit card information.

All credit card transactions are performed in Stripe Inc ‘s secure platform accepting VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, AMERICAN EXPRESS.

ALTERNATIVE PAYMENT METHODS

If you would like to pay via IRIS payment, Bank Transfer or Cash on Delivery (for Domestic orders only) send us an email at hello@meetthecatstudio.com

PACKAGING

CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS

You can create an account to our site during checkout or by using the Sign In link in our navigation menu. Upon registration, you will be asked to provide your current, accurate, full personal information. Customer account passwords must be at least 10 characters, be unique and kept secure, and you must notify Meet The Cat immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.You can also choose to save your payment information. Customers can save credit card information, but not PayPal.

You can log in using the Sign In link in our navigation menu. When logged in, the link changes to My Account.

After you are logged in, you can click the My Account link to:

·      View your orders

·      Manage your subscription

·      Add and update billing information

·      Add and update shipping addresses

·      Update your name or password

GIFT CARDS

Please note that discounts, sales and coupons don’t apply to purchasing gift cards but can apply to purchases made using a gift card.
